The Siemens Scholarship Program is a unique program with a 4-year Holistic Development Plan to foster young talent.
Started in 2013 with only 20 students, the Siemens Scholarship has grown into a thriving educational tree. Till date, we have proudly nurtured 1,635 students from 27 states across 137 colleges. The Siemens Scholarship Program offers four-year scholarships, internships, mechatronics training, soft skills training, projects, and mentorships to economically disadvantaged engineering students with strong academic performance, following the German dual education system.
Who is this program for?
If you are a passionate and determined young individual in your first year of engineering at a Government College, the Siemens Scholarship Program is an opportunity for you to succeed through hard work, devotion, and perseverance. With this program, you can receive the support necessary to achieve both your personal and professional goals, and nothing should stand in the way of your success.
- First-year students of Government Engineering college (excluding IIT) from the following streams:
– Mechanical / Production
– Electrical
– Electronics
– Electronics & Telecommunication
– Computer Science / Information Technology
– Instrumentation - Age: Up to 20 years
- SSC: Minimum 60% aggregate
- HSC or equivalent result: Minimum 50% aggregate and minimum 60% PCM aggregate
- Annual family Income: Not more than Rs. 2 lakhs

Graduates of the program have secured placements in leading companies across various sectors, including engineering, banking and finance, IT services, infrastructure, automotive and consumer goods, as well as Siemens. These Siemens Scholars have become role models in their communities and colleges, inspiring many to pursue engineering careers and improving the living conditions of their families. Some have also pursued further studies.
