Mumbai : With auto and taxi refusals and overcharging on the rise during monsoon, Wadala RTO (eastern suburbs) on Monday came out with a WhatsApp number for citizens to complain against autorickshaw and taxi drivers for rude behaviour, refusals and overcharging.
