The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) initiated online applications for merit scholarship schemes that have been designed for eligible female students. The board is providing the benefits of scholarships to Single Girl Child (SGC) candidates, for which applicants can register at the official website of CBSE. CBSE has come up with the Scholarship X 2023 Scheme, this scheme will support a single girl child in a family, who has passed class X with a minimum of 60% marks, in 2023 from CBSE, and should currently be studying in class XI from the CBSE affiliated schools only. Last date for submission of applications has been declared October 18, 2023
